Senior members of St. Stephen’s Church, St. Luke’s Church and St. Timothy’s Church can seek assistance from the part-time social worker at St. Stephen’s Church for various issues, such as physical and mental health, housing, finance, applications for government-funded social service, etc.  The church also arranges home visits to congregants in need, as well as subsequent referral and assistance. Community Partner Foundation (CPF) is very grateful to have served the community by funding this project since April 2013, through which we are able to reach out and help those in need.

• 感謝神在我遇到「中風」這件事中，教堂及計劃在當中的介入及幫助，如聖經所說：「你們所遇見的試探，無非是人所能受的。上帝是信實的，必不叫你們受試探過於所能受的；在受試探的時候，總要給你們開一條出路，叫你們能忍受得住。」(林前10：13) 在此，我感恩神的安排與預備，並感到「樂齡教友關顧計劃」不單只是社會服務，而是與教堂合作，其中有主耶穌基督的愛在計劃內運行，能合乎神的旨意，並能實際的幫助有需要的人，達到這計劃的要點。最後，希望能有更多教友知道這計劃，能有更多有需要的人得到幫助。


• 我和母親得到「樂齡教友關顧計劃」的幫助，感受到教會及駐堂社工的關懷及幫助，我們亦視她(負責同工)是神派遣予我們的天使和貼心人。
