生命热线于5 月18日在沙田的突破中心青年村举行第二次的同路人互助活动。透过计划的活动，包括学习身心灵运动，能够促进身体、心灵及精神灵性的全人健康，生命热线亦会透过小组分享环节帮助参加者治疗心灵创伤。在活动中参加者能凝聚彼此的力量及释放心中的负面情绪和孤寂感。 如欲了解更多有关「释心同心」计划，敬请参阅: (CPF Website link)
