生命熱線於5 月18日在沙田的突破中心青年邨舉行第二次的同路人互助活動。透過計劃的活動，包括學習身心靈運動，能夠促進身體、心靈及精神靈性的全人健康，生命熱線亦會透過小組分享環節幫助參加者治療心靈創傷。在活動中參加者能凝聚彼此的力量及釋放心中的負面情緒和孤寂感。 如欲了解更多有關「釋心同心」計劃，敬請參閱: (CPF Website link)

「兒童發展基金」校本先導計劃是社聯伙伴基金其中一項最新的計劃，我們資助了三所中學共一百名學生參加這項計劃。於2014年1月，計劃在聖公會諸聖中學正式推行，而聖公會白約翰會督中學及聖公會聖西門呂明才中學亦剛於2014年4月推行。於本年五月十日，聖公會聖西門呂明才中學舉行了一項隆重的開幕典禮，為「兒童發展基金」校本先導計劃的開始揭開序幕。社聯伙伴基金創辦人莫小姐獲邀出席這開幕典禮，與該校的學生和導師一起慶祝了計劃的推行。 如欲了解更多有關「兒童發展基金」校本先導計劃的資訊，敬請參閱:
