Project Feedback
Every person, especially youth, has to face numerous challenges in life and to learn how to deal with them. A well respected pastor has said, “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” An emotional healthy person is someone who is able to tackle problems, resolve conflicts, build strong relationships, and recover from failures and adversity, trauma and stress. With the support of CPF, we are excited to have Dr. Timothy Ko leading workshops about emotional intelligence for people of different ages and backgrounds. He is an experienced clinical counselor and a Christian writer of several inspiring books. His talks provided people with more tools for coping with difficult situations and maintaining a positive life. They are equipped to remain focused, flexible, and creative in bad times as well as good.
