Support Teens with Acceptance, Reactivation & Togetherness Programme, abbreviated as the S.T.A.R.T. Programme, targets youth with depression or anxiety symptoms to improve their mental wellness. Through assessment interviews, the social worker in charge identifies the target group and adopts early intervention. The social worker conducts therapeutic groups and peer mentorship programme to strengthen the support network of youth with mild depression or anxiety. Intensive individual counselling by clinical psychologists is provided to the more severe cases.

Students from SKH St Mary’s Church Mok Hing Yiu College joined the programme and produced a micro movie in July 2017. A screening was held on 29 September 2017 at the College to promote the importance of mental well-being. A total of 123 students attended the session.
